En ny lederjobb er utrolig spennende og krevende, det gjelder at de f\u00f8rste 100 dagene ikke blir de siste. <br><br><strong>SKAP TILLIT OG N\u00d8DVENDIG ST\u00d8TTE<\/strong> <br>Det er ikke enkelt \u00e5 befeste sin posisjon, men med en god l\u00e6rer og kontinuerlig trening og hardt arbeid kommer en langt p\u00e5 vei. \u00c5 lede er noe som kan l\u00e6res med en h\u00f8y grad av bevissthet rundt rollen. <br><br>Gjennomf\u00f8rer du disse fem punktene, vil grunnlaget legges for fremtidig suksess: <br>&#8211; Ny rolle betyr ny adferd, tenk gjennom og beskriv hva du st\u00e5r for som leder (det er som oftest noe annet enn i rollen du kom fra) <br>&#8211; Kommuniser dine kjernesaker og verdier (og vis i praksis at du mener det) <br>&#8211; Lytt og l\u00e6r, bli kjent med alle og gj\u00f8r forventningsavklaringer med egen leder og medarbeidere. Ikke lov for mye for tidlig! <br>&#8211; Lag en l\u00e6ringsplan, finn rette l\u00e6rere, og prioriter hva du m\u00e5 l\u00e6re. <br>&#8211; Jobb med selvinnsikten og be om feedback (ledere bruker enhver anledning til \u00e5 l\u00e6re) <br><br>Lykke til!
