En av de mest undervurderte egenskapene i m\u00f8te med andre er \u00e5 kunne lytte med \u00e5pent sinn, uten ford\u00f8mmelse eller trang til \u00e5 overbevise om egne standpunkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gi den andre muligheten til \u00e5 h\u00f8re seg selv snakke!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hvem har ikke delt frustrasjon med en sjef, kollega, venn eller et familiemedlem, og f\u00f8r vi har forklart ferdig blitt tilbudt r\u00e5d og l\u00f8sninger, selv om vi ikke har bedt om det? I v\u00e5r iver etter \u00e5 hjelpe og gjerne \u00f8se av egne erfaringer samtidig, kan vi lett se forbi sannsynligheten for at \u201cAlt jeg egentlig \u00f8nsket akkurat n\u00e5, var at du skulle h\u00f8re hva jeg hadde p\u00e5 hjertet\u201d. I s\u00e5 fall er v\u00e5rt beste bidrag \u00e5 v\u00e6re til stede og lytte med store \u00f8rer og et varmt hjerte. Gi den andre muligheten til \u00e5 h\u00f8re seg selv snakke, men ogs\u00e5 h\u00f8re deg tilby perspektiver og sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l som kan bidra til en fornyet forst\u00e5else av situasjonen eller problemet. \u00c5 v\u00e6re en som bidrar til at det skjer er b\u00e5de modig og nyttig – for begge parter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alt vi h\u00f8rer, sier og gj\u00f8r, m\u00e5ten vi fortolker situasjoner og mennesker p\u00e5, er farget av v\u00e5r egen erfaringsbakgrunn. Med andre ord; vi har alle v\u00e5r helt s\u00e6regne m\u00e5te \u00e5 forst\u00e5 verden p\u00e5. Med det som utgangspunkt, kan vi tenke oss at det er begrenset hvor gode r\u00e5dgivere vi kan v\u00e6re for andre enn oss selv. Det som er bra for \u00e9n beh\u00f8ver ikke v\u00e6re det for en annen. Gjennom mitt arbeid har jeg erfart at friske mennesker er fullt ut i stand til \u00e5 finne svar p\u00e5 viktige sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l selv, bare de kan snakke med noen som tror p\u00e5 dem n\u00e5r de selv tviler. Neste gang du blir fristet til \u00e5 gi noen r\u00e5d, v\u00e6r nysgjerrig p\u00e5 hvorfor ditt r\u00e5d beh\u00f8ves, f\u00f8r du bidrar. Da oppn\u00e5r du noe langt viktigere enn \u00e5 v\u00e6re en velment r\u00e5dgiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
